Biodynamic, again

The pruning is in progress. And foot by foot, we prepare the wood that will participate in the quality of our grapes for the 2018 vintage. This year again, each plot is cut half to the vaning moon, the other half to the rising moon. No blatant results on the last 4 harvests, but we check again this year.

Les Roses de Marie are ready. Only 3,500 bottles. Marc Quertinier, oenologist, tasted one of them: “Consistent pink colour, a little onion skill (confusing). Fruity nose, rather light, quite tender. 2017, nothing but natural

We did not use any phytosanitary products on the whole campaign of the 2017 vintage. All our treatments were carried out with essential oils from citrus, algues ... without any synthetic additive . Soils were only mechanlicaly worked (zero pesticide). Already, en primeur!
