Then we continue on a nice thirsty wine, our rosé, Les Roses de Marie, and finish with our latest, noGGIN, spirit drink. All are made from our grapes grown in conservation agriculture. Every time Les Bleus play, we're there to broadcast the whole match on the big screen (TF1)!
Meet us at 8:00 p.m. for maximum concentration, with a free tasting of 2 of our wines and our noGGIN-based "Blue-15" cocktail, accompanied by a small snack (Camargue bull sausage and Médoc chips).
And throughout the match, support, motivation, accompaniment, applause, singing (if necessary!)... and half-time analyses.
For the hungry, Planche du Pêcheur, Planche de la Ferme and Planche du Cochon & Cie, rich in local produce, on offer all evening. 10 €.
We start on Friday, September 8, and accompany the Blues to the FINAL on October 28 !!!!

After a guided tour in the cellars where we present our techniques for accompanying the vines, winemaking and maturing, our choices, our convictions, we taste, around a plate of local products , 3 of our vintages , including the en primeur wine that we collect together in the barrels. We will compare the character of each.
We continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie , and our spirit drink, noGGIN , two pretty freshness, also made from our grapes, accompanied by some homemade cannelés.

While strolling through our plots , we emphasize our grape varieties as well as our techniques for supporting our vines; treatments with essential oils, nesting boxes for bats and blue tits, sheep in the vineyards...
Then, seated in the middle of the barrels, around a plate of local products , we taste 3 vintages , including the en primeur wine previously taken from the barrels. We continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie , and our spirit drink, noGGIN , two pretty freshness, also made from our grapes, accompanied by some homemade cannelés.

We continue with a wine tasting for the older ones and grape juice for the little ones (2 juices made from different grape varieties), around a plate of homemade sweet and savory canelés . We continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie , and our spirit drink, noGGIN , two lovely fresh wines, also made from our grapes. Only for the parents!

Le Goûter, very deserved Goûter, with treasure hunt

No visit to the cellars but a family treasure hunt in the vineyards that tells you about the biodiversity of the estate (about an hour). Remember to dress your children and yourselves according to the weather; you will be in the heart of the vineyards (rain, sun, wind?) for about 1 hour.
Once the treasure has been found, we join for a wine tasting for the older ones and grape juice for the younger ones (2 juices made from different grape varieties), around a plate of sweet and savory canelés, made house .

L'Ampélo or The Ampelography

To understand everything about our grape varieties and our blending and maturing techniques.
We take together from the barrels a sample of the wine en primeur , blended, and a sample of the wine of each non-blended variety that we have kept and matured in barrels separately. With their bay, we can thus compare the wealth and contribution of each. We then go to the Wine Bar to taste 3 other vintages around a local dish ; we continue with our rosé, Les Roses de Marie , and our spirit drink, noGGIN , two pretty freshness, also made from our grapes, accompanied by some homemade cannelés .

After the visit of your choice, seated between 2 rows of vines or under the awning (if the weather requires it), you can enjoy a pretty table with linen napkins, tablecloth, glasses and cutlery... and a basket rich in local products. Cagette de la Ferme or Cagette du Pêcheur , it's up to you to choose your menu after choosing your visit!
