Spicy nose, fruit pastes (quince), undergrowth in spring (fern, moss), complex, floral.
Mineral. Fat wine, ample, long. Chiselled finish. Beautiful tactile tannins.
It can be drunk. Nice airiness. Has kept a chewy structure. Elegant and racy.
