MENTIONS

TASTING

Garnet hue with tiled reflections.

At the opening the wine is discreet. A straight decanter can help it flourish to demonstrate its complexity. After a few minutes of rest, the truffle notes

and cocoa come to settle. A delicate start that quickly gives way to elegant power.

Harmonies: prime rib cooked with vine shoots, kefta couscous, butter and cream tortellini…
