TASTING

Still young dress, a little veiled. Leave the bottle to rest before serving.

Full, young, fairly powerful, still reserved, vinous, smoky nose. A few touches of ripe peppers.

Spicy, peppery, sweet, full and fresh.

Elegant, balanced, fine palate. Tannins still present. Fresh finish.

Harmonises with: veal kidneys, porcini mushroom pie…
