Les Roses de Marie 2016, summer is here

They are magnificent. Freshness, elegance and fruit are the main characteristics. Here are suggestions by our oenologist to harmonise with: small stuffed, zucchini fritters, papeton of eggplants, grilled lamb, bouillabaisse, fried red mullets fillets, sea bream with fennel...... Just pleasure!

The 2016, all in sensuality! And en primeur...

“Dark ruby color. Fruity, juicy, fine, sensual nose. Fleshy in the mouth, long, full, dense. Excellent and pure fruity flavors. Very nice sweet tannins. Wine in the current gustative wave: both gourmand and long keeping wine.” – Marc Quertinier.

2014: 91/100 by Wine Enthusiast

“Low yields have produced a concentrated wine. The tannins are powerful and dense — a fine foil to the ripe juicy blackcurrant fruit. The impressive wine is going to take its time to be ready to drink with richness and tight structure. Drink from 2021.” – Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast.
